Privacy Policy

Effective August 1, 2026

This policy explains what we collect when you join the waitlist at joinmadcos.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We are GBC Redtail South LLC, doing business as MADabolic Colorado Springs, at 531 S Weber St, Colorado Springs, Colorado.

What we collect

When you submit the waitlist form, we collect:

Your name, email address, and phone number
How you heard about us, if you choose to tell us
Which link, ad, or QR code brought you to the page
Standard technical information your browser sends, such as device type and general location

We do not ask for payment information, and we do not collect it on this site.

Why we collect it

To contact you about our opening, pop-up workouts, local events, and founding memberships
To answer questions you send us
To understand which marketing efforts are working

Who we share it with

We use these service providers to run the business. They process your information on our behalf:

Google — the spreadsheet where waitlist entries are stored
Mindbody — our studio management system
AXLE — our customer relationship and communications platform
Slack — internal notification to our team when someone signs up
Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — advertising measurement, described below

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

Advertising and tracking

This site uses the Meta pixel to measure whether our ads are working and to reach similar audiences. When you submit the form, a scrambled (cryptographically hashed) version of your email, phone number, and name is sent to Meta so it can tell whether you came from one of our ads. Meta does not receive these details in readable form.

This is considered targeted advertising under Colorado law. You can opt out at any time — see your rights below.

We honor browser-based opt-out signals, including Global Privacy Control (GPC), where required by law.

Your rights in Colorado

Under the Colorado Privacy Act, you have the right to:

Know what personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it
Correct inaccurate information
Have your information deleted
Opt out of targeted advertising and profiling
Appeal if we decline a request

To exercise any of these, email mlombardi@madabolic.com with what you'd like us to do. We'll respond within 45 days. There is no charge, and we will not treat you differently for asking.

Unsubscribing

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can reply STOP to any text message to stop texts. You can also simply email us and we'll remove you from everything.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist information until you ask us to delete it, or until it is no longer needed for the purposes above. If you become a member, your information is retained under our membership records.

Security

We limit access to your information to the people who need it to do their jobs, and we rely on the security controls of the established platforms listed above. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, email us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the effective date above. Material changes will be communicated to people on our list.
